Being a four-time marathon finisher, his knowledge of implementing effective conditioning into any routine is most impressive. Zack’s enthusiasm and vibrant personality makes him perfect to motivate clients of all levels. Being in a positive environment with a motivational coach is a recipe for success. Having a coach like Zack will show each trainee the potential they have to succeed.

Lia is eager to bring her passion for fitness and wellness to the Mtlfitbros team. She enjoys staying active through biking and hiking, alongside her commitment to gym-based fitness. Having participated in group classes since high school, Lia understands how starting fitness at a young age can shape lifelong health.
With extensive experience working with kids, she takes a special interest in leading youth classes to help them build strong habits early on. While she enjoys working with youth, Lia is equally committed to training clients of all ages and fitness levels, designing personalized plans to help everyone achieve their fitness goals.

Issie Steinberg

Issie discovered his passion for fitness through his own transformation journey while completing his degree at Concordia University. By committing to consistent training and education, he lost over 70 pounds, built significant muscle, and developed a deep appreciation for the impact fitness can have on both physical and mental well-being.
He later became a certified personal trainer and has continued to challenge himself through bodybuilding, multiple half marathons, and the 21K Spartan Race, where he finished in the top 8% of his category. These experiences shape his balanced approach to training, combining strength, conditioning, and sustainable habits.
As a coach, issie is passionate about helping clients of all fitness levels build confidence, discipline, and long-term success.

Matthew Steinlauf

Matthew started off his active lifestyle as an avid tennis player. He went on to participate in many tennis competitions and a variety of sports teams. His journey in fitness started with circuit training classes where he had great weight loss success. In addition to enjoying circuit training, he has a passion for Barbell training and helping those become stronger individuals. Using Barbells is one of the simplest and most effective ways for trainees of all ages to become stronger. As a coach, Matthew is able to correct form flaws and motivate trainees to push past that mental barrier and realize their potential for success in fitness.
